At Cindy's Athleticwear, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
