At Cindy's Athleticwear, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odours, stains, or damage

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
